This is my shop. It is a 20 x 44 foot steel quonset building.
Moved into it the fall of 2000. Below are photos of the interior
and some of my equipment.

Looking east in the shop. The sand blast cabinet was built in the winter of 2001-02. It has become a valuable piece of equipment not only for cleaning parts but for etching and carving glass.

Looking west. I've spent some time re-arranging the shop and getting rid of unnecessary cabinets and bins. Most all of my "found items" for sculpture are hanging in the shop. It is impossible to visualize a piece if the parts that may be needed are in a bin or cabinet.

93 pound Peter Wright anvil. It is live and in good condition. I bought it at an auction. Would have liked to talked to the original owner to see if it had a history. I also have a 119 pound Peter Wright, and did get to talk to the seller. He said the anvil was old when he bought it.

4" post vice on a stand

Power hacksaw. Bought at Quad State Roundup in 2000. This unit is homemade. The final drives are gears so it is very noisey but works very well.

In the winter of 2002-03 I built a set of "pipe racks" as a plumber would have on his truck. This will make hauling 20 foot stock such as re-bar a lot easier. The racks slide into a receiver of square tubing bolted to the frame of the truck. The steel on the racks in this picture is 1/2" re-bar for a garden arbor. View detail photos here and here.
